Dynamic Mat class

Mat Pilates Class

Mat Pilates class that offers a complete practice, working the entire body as a unified system. With focus on mobility, core strength and coordination, we will be working to enhance your body awareness, stability and control. Modifications and advancements will be offered throughout the class.

Mum’s & Bubs

Mat Pilates Class

Designed to provide a space where you can bring your little ones along as you gently return to movement, building back your strength and release your mind.

Classes run for 35 minutes so your little ones won’t get too restless and is an open and safe space for you to stop and give a cuddle or feed to your bub if needed, then come back into the movements when ready.

Foundation mat class

Stretch Foundations Class

Mat Pilates class which takes you through a series of stretches and foundation Pilates movements to release and open the body. Slower paced class with a focus on breath and technique.

30 minute duration

Private class

Private Classes

Private mat and reformer Pilates classes are available upon request. If you are coming back to exercise after a long break, rehabilitation after injury, pre or post natal, or would like to focus on building your technique and strength in a one on one environment, please send through an enquiry on the Contact Us page.

Private group and corporate classes available upon request.
